PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES – RFP NO. 25-10

The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority and Rivanna Solid Waste Authority (Authorities) invite qualified and experienced firms to submit a proposal and associated supporting materials for consideration in the selection of a qualified firm or firms to provide Professional Surveying Services on a Term Contract basis. Services associated with this Term Contract will support the Authorities in the operation and maintenance of Authority facilities and proposed capital improvement projects for water, wastewater, and solid waste infrastructure. Competitive negotiations will be utilized to select qualified firms and may result in awards to more than one offeror.

Deadline for proposal submission is 3:00 PM EST on Friday, March 20, 2026. Sealed proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
