TERM CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL DAM ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES
The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority and the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority wishes to receive proposals from responsive and responsible offerors/firms to provide to provide engineering consulting services related to the operation and maintenance of any of the dams or ancillary structures which are owned or operated by the Authority.
The Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the Authority no later than 3:00 PM EST on May 7, 2026. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required, a formal addendum will be prepared. All addenda will be posted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA and is the Offeror’s responsibility to obtain all addenda from the eVA portal.
Deadline for sealed bid submission is 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
