IVY SOLID WASTE & RECYCLING CENTER SEDIMENT BASIN REHABILITATION
The Rivanna Solid Waste Authority is requesting sealed bids from responsible and responsive contractors for the Ivy Solid Waste & Recycling Center (ISWRC) Sediment Basin Rehabilitation. Work of the Project includes the labor and materials detailed to complete the construction and installation of the sediment basin rehabilitation for the existing sediment basin on the north side of the ISWRC property located in Albemarle County, Virginia. Tasks include installing new concrete riser and barrel structure, re-establish grade on outlet and inlet channels, re-establish grade on the sediment basin, and any additional work detailed within these documents and the construction drawings. The Work shall be completed to the specifications detailed in these Specifications, unless alternate materials, specifications, methods, or requirements are approved by the Engineer.
The Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the Authority no later than 3:00 PM EST on June 18, 2026. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required, a formal addendum will be prepared. All addenda will be posted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA and is the Offeror’s responsibility to obtain all addenda from the eVA portal.
Deadline for sealed proposal submission is 3:00 PM EST on Tuesday, June 25, 2026. Proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
