REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL # 26-06
TERM CONTRACT FOR COMPENSATION CONSULTING SERVICES
The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority and the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority (Authority) are seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide employee compensation and benefit consulting services to the Authority and their respective Board of Directors. The successful Offeror shall have experience in conducting employee compensation-related surveys and other employee benefit consulting services for local governments and public service authorities in Virginia. It is the intent of the Authority to award a term contract under this solicitation for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew up to four times (total of 5-years), each renewal being a term of 12 months.
The Authority will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation. Any procurement questions regarding this solicitation that may change the specifications in this solicitation must be received in writing by the Authority no later than 3:00 PM EST on June 18, 2026. If clarifications or changes to the original solicitation documents are required, a formal addendum will be prepared. All addenda will be posted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA and is the Offeror’s responsibility to obtain all addenda from the eVA portal.
Deadline for sealed proposal submission is 3:00 PM EST on June 25, 2026. Proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered.
